Our Flagship Holistic Leadership Learning Initiativedesigned specifically for senior women aspiring to take on leadership roles in their organisations.

The program follows the 4Cs approach and focusses on enhancing of the Capability, Confidence, Credibility & Connection of the participants to take on global leadership roles.

The 12 months program offers:

  • structured interactive learning through successful CXOs

  • one-on -one mentoring  by global leaders, 

  • learning to pay forward

  • opportunity to engage with peer group and ideate on innovative ways to build a stronger pipeline of women leaders

​​*Each program is designed exclusively for the cohort, and tailored to suit their needs, after conducting a survey on their strengths and weaknesses.

Strengthening Women Leadership Capability: Focused on developing confidence, credibility, capability, and connections among women leaders to enhance their impact as leaders.

Creating Allies: Understanding women leaders’ strengths & challenges and connecting them with allies (mentors, managers, leaders) who can guide them to reach their potential, in line with their own aspirations and organizations vision for future leaders.

Enabling an Ecosystem: Developing influential leaders who can drive impactful changes within their organization fostering a supportive environment where all women can thrive and excel.

*Program is customised based on every organisation’s culture, needs and aspirations of  potential women leaders. The duration of the program could vary from 4 to 6 months.

For Influencers & Leaders

A thought-leadership workshop that engages CXOs and senior leaders in transformative dialogues around inclusion, unconscious bias, and allyship—driving change at the top.

Facilitated dialogue with senior leaders and C-suite executives to nudge towards a Universe where gender equity is the norm – Equiverse. The conversation will explore leaders' role in steering gender-equitable organisations and communities.

A structured workshop that empowers mentors, managers and leaders to build meaningful, impactful mentoring relationships and address gender based barriers faced in career advancement.

This 6-hour interactive workshop builds awareness, enhances practical mentoring skills, and provides a safe space to explore the challenges and opportunities of mentoring leaders through engaging discussions, real-world scenarios, and self-reflections.

3.WeASPIRE

A transformative program designed for first-time managers to lead with clarity, empathy, and confidence, collaboration— as they transition from individual contributors to people managers.​

This program equips first-time managers with the essential mindsets, skills, and practices to lead with clarity, empathy, and confidence—especially as they transition from individual contributors to people managers. The program nurtures emotional intelligence, inclusive decision-making, effective communication, and the ability to navigate both work and life transitions.
