Pamesh Rasania is an experienced HR professional with 14 years of well rounded HR experience across various COEs, Business Partnering and Factory HR roles. He brings in deep expertise in areas of Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Organization Effectiveness and Development, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. He is on a constant pursuit of helping organizations build equitable and enabling work culture. He currently heads Talent Management, Performance Management and Organization Development & Learning portfolios for Apraava Energy. In his previous avatars he has worked on very significant projects like articulation and cascade of Group Purpose for Aditya Birla Group, Revamping the entire Performance Management System for HPCL, and setting up the HR function from scratch for the Evonik in India. He has championed some of the key DEI interventions for 1lakh+ global employees of Aditya Birla Group. Pamesh is an alumnus of IMT Ghaziabad and is also an adjunct faculty member at the institute where he teaches courses like People Issues in Mergers & Acquisition and Organization Development. He also does pro-bono consulting on people processes for social and not for profit organization.
