Our annual conference series on women in leadership provide a platform for sharing innovative ideas and progressing the dialogue on creating a level playing field for women to reach their aspirations.

Since 2016, the annual event has been bringing together CEOs and senior HR leaders, policy makers, thought leaders, gender experts, aspiring women-leaders as well as students from India and around the world.

Each of these conferences explores a thematic issue pertaining to empowering girls and women to reach leadership positions.

Shaping an Equiverse : Pathways to Parity

In November 2023, our 8th Annual Conference brought together over 250+ change-makers from around the globe, uniting minds committed to shaping an ‘EQUIVERSE’ - a Universe where equity is the norm. The event, centered on fostering dialogues and sharing insights, highlighting ‘Equiverse’ Concept, and the urgency of gender equity for a sustainable world was emphasized.

 

More than an event, the conference was a convergence of ideas, experiences, and commitments. As we reflect on these highlights, the journey towards the Equiverse remains ongoing. This is true for all other natural and man-made disasters. They have impacted women more adversely than men—be it their Work, Wealth, Well-being, or Welfare. We are calling these the 4W's.


Annual Conference 2022 provided a platform for leaders across sectors & regions, engaged empowering women to come & share their insights. Universe to Equiverse: Start the Ripple

The universe has evolved dramatically in terms of intellectual, material and physical prosperity. Sadly, the growth has not been balanced for all. Certain sections have gained far more than the others. The pandemic has just widened much of the existing gaps, particularly between genders. How do we then build a new universe that is more equitable - an Equiverse?

This year we will explore how each of us can be change agents for such a world and every participant can be a ripple of change.

TalentNomics India’s 5th Annual International Leadership Conference themed “Leading with Grit and Grace”, jointly hosted with Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS), brought together more than 20 Global Leaders to share their life stories and leadership experiences. Together, they deliberated on ways to achieve an inclusive recovery from the Covid-19 crisis, build impactful leadership styles for the future and leverage the benefits of technology for attaining gender equality.

TalentNomics India successfully hosted its fourth annual conference 'Leading a World where Uncertainty is the only Certainty: Talent Agility 2025' on 15th Feb, 2019 in WelcomHotel Sheraton, Saket, New Delhi. There were over 150 participants in attendance from various national and international organizations, corporate houses, public sectors units, academic institutions and not for profit organizations. The diversity of the participants profile-leaders and potential leaders, young professionals and budding entrepreneurs from urban and rural sectors, students and passionate change makers- led to interesting and candid discussions and innovative ideas and solutions.

Empowering Women for Sustainable Development

On March 14, 2016, TalentNomics along with ICRIER organized a Conference on "Empowering Women for Sustainable Development" in India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. The Conference brought together business leaders, policy makers, academicians, researchers from India and other countries, working to support women's leadership advancement to discuss three key questions: 1. What roles can governments play to drive change? 2.
